  • East Fortuna Staging Area - Ranger Field Station 14450 Equestrian Circle San Diego, CA, 92124 United States (map)

Join experienced San Diego Tracking Team members for a wildlife tracking walk. Learn the art of discovering signs left behind by resident creatures during two hours of “dirt time.” Suitable for the whole family. Don’t forget to wear long pants, for kneeling down on your knees to get a closer look, and shoes suitable for trails. Meet in front of the Ranger Field Station in the East Fortuna Staging Area. Rain Cancels.

Monthly tracking walks are held on the first Saturday of each month at Mission Trails Regional Park (MTRP). This is a good way to start your tracker education! Appropriate for all ages. The walks start at 8:00am and last about two hours.
